When we list your property, and receive an offer, we will require a Pre-Approval from the prospective Buyer. Whichever offer is more advantageous to you the Seller, we will call the Buyers Lender and ask the questions that you would want answered, especially since the house would be off the market for between 30-45 days as we're waiting to Close. This is critical because; you the Seller are probably making mortgage payments, paying property taxes, paying homeowners insurance and have a potential vacant house liability for as long as you own the property. We need to Close as soon as possible!

We will post your property on all four MLS Listing Boards to sell your house as fast as possible for as much money as we can get for our Sellers.
